His expertise spans the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, negotiation, integration, and post-transaction performance optimization.
Based in Austin, Michael is passionate about partnering with primary care practices to improve scalability, reduce operational complexity, and create lasting enterprise value. He brings a practical, results-driven perspective to every engagement.
Karan Mahadev
Founder & General Partner
Mr. Mahadev is the founder of Mersault Capital and brings more than five years of board and financial leadership experience to the firm. With advanced training in machine learning and artificial intelligence, economics, and international affairs, he combines analytical insight with a strategic understanding of complex markets.
Previously serving as CFO of ProMake LTD, he led financial operations and improved organizational efficiency. Today, he applies that experience to identifying high-value opportunities, streamlining practice management, and enhancing long-term profitability through centralized support services.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer and Olympic Trials participant, Mr. Mahadev brings the same discipline, precision, and results-driven mindset to every engagement.
